The MacCoss lab has been a pioneer in the development and application of quantitative proteomics methods. We are currently seeking a motivated post-doc candidate with experience in performing drug and/or genetic perturbations, followed by the phenotypic characterization of those perturbations using omics methods. This project will be performed in collaboration with a major pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team of mass spectrometrists, bioinformatics experts, biochemists, and software developers.
