Hi all,

I could have sworn that a recent version of Skyline-daily was displaying at least one of the PSMs for one of the charge states if the selection was focused on the peptide. But on Skyline-daily 22.2.1.278 this useful feature seems to be gone (attached pic).

Would it be possible to get it back? :)

The feature was there, but we had to turn the feature off because if your library was very large, and you had a lot of peptides selected, it would take too long for Skyline to fetch the list of spectra and the Skyline user interface would freeze for a long time every time the selection changed.

I believe there are plans to turn the feature back on after the performance issues are fixed.
