Problems importing Bruker MRMS data dennisjakob  2022-03-07 06:47

I've been running samples on a Bruker Scimax MRMS. When I import the data I get this error message:

At 3:47 PM:

Do you have an idea what the issue could be here?

Cheers,

This sounds like this issue here:
https://github.com/ProteoWizard/pwiz/issues/1891
It appears that we are working on a fix for this by using newer code from Bruker, but we have run into some problems with getting this to work on all platforms:
https://github.com/ProteoWizard/pwiz/pull/1939

Hi Nick,
thanks for your quick response and for working on this issue.
I am looking forward to integrate also our MRMS data into our analyses with Skyline.
Best,
Dennis
