DIA Umpire error Francis Beaudry  2021-07-20 13:18

Hi,
I am always getting this sort of message when trying to analyze DIA datasets without a spectral library. Any idea what is wrong ? I get the same message with the Tutorial files.

I am not sure I understand what you were doing in Skyline when you ran into this error.

Can you send us your files? It sounds like we will need your Skyline document and at least one of your raw files.
In Skyline you can use the menu item:
File > Share
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document.

If that .zip file and your .raw file are less than 50MB you can attach it to this support request.
Otherwise, you can upload those files here:
https://skyline.ms/files.url

Can you also send us a screenshot of your entire screen when you are running into this error? I would like to understand what Skyline was trying to do when it ran into this error.
