It does not appear that there is any sort of error in that log. I am not sure what is going wrong. I believe those are all the normal messages you would expect to be in the log when installing Skyline, but they are supposed to be followed by more messages as the installation continues. That is, the log just seems to stop before finishing the installation process.

There are a few other ways that you can install Skyline which might work for you if the regular way does not work.
You can install the "Unplugged Installer" from here:
https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=install-64-disconnected_20_1

The downside to the unplugged installer is that it does not know how to check for updates, so you will need to download a new installer yourself every time there is an update to Skyline.

You might also have better luck if you try to install Skyline-Daily:
https://skyline.ms/project/home/software/Skyline/daily/begin.view?

Skyline-Daily is a preview of what will be released in the next official version of Skyline. Skyline version 20.2 will be released in about a week.

If you can give us more information about whatever errors you run into, we might have better advice about what is going wrong.
