Mostly I agree with Nick, but it is really when the graph area goes down to zero for any reason that the graphs just go blank, including axis labels, titles, or legend, i.e. the things around the graph area that take up space in the graph pane, but certainly the legend is involved and getting rid of it (with right-click > Legend) when showing that many chromatograms panes is usually a good idea, especially since you already have the same legend showing in your Peak Areas and Retention Times plots.
I think Nick meant to say: Or you can go to "View > Arrange Graphs > Tabbed", because it looks like you are in the state you show from using "View > Arrange Graphs > Tiled". You can also use View > Arrange Graphs > Grouped, which will allow you to show a mix of tiles with tabbed graph panes, as demonstrated in multiple tutorials:

But, the main thing to realize is that when you see a graph showing up as a blank white rectangle, that means you need to give it more space to show the graph. Increasing the size of the pane is one way and getting rid of the legend is another (which may or may not be enough).
