Hi,

I keep getting this error (attached) whenever I try to access the tool store. Is our company's firewall blocking the application?

Could be. You can always download the tool ZIP files from the website and install them manually, using:

  • Tools > External Tools
  • Click the Add button and click From File.
  • Choose the tool ZIP file and click Open

That's it. The Tools > Tool Store option is just supposed to make this a little easier and present the tools store within Skyline.

Hope this allows you to install the tools you are interested in.
