This announcement was sent to Course attendees -- I'm posting it here for you for future reference:

Dear ASMS Short Course Attendee,

Course preparation: You must bring a laptop on which you have installed and can use Skyline 4.1 (Please be sure your version is the latest -- Skyline 4.1 -- available at the Skyline homepage). It is possible to use a Mac laptop, but takes considerably more preparation, since you will need to either set the Mac up for dual boot to Windows or a Windows VM (VMWare has been recommended for this in the past.

You will also need to install the MSstats tool which is available from the Skyline homepage/External Tools. All materials (other than the laptop) will be provided here after you arrive. This will include a USB flash drive with data sets that we will use in the "hands-on" sessions. If your organization/institution prohibits you from using a USB drive, please revisit the participant's page, where we will post a zip file of the contents of the course USB drive later this week.
